I have gone for a hypnosis class long before, they said they teach how to do self hypnosis. Only in LCCH I really learnt how to do self-hypnosis. Very effective, I enjoyed every moment. Not only learning, but also made many good friends. Everyone was very willing to help each other. Before the examination, everyone was willing to come forward to assist you, also give you positive words. Oh man, I love this place.

I am a student in the Foundation Course in Clinical Hypnosis offered by LCCH Training in Singapore. I wanted to share a very special experience of mine with those who are interested in this course. After having the experience of going into trance (a calm and relaxed state that is similar to what can be acheive through meditation) and the knowledge of conscious and unconscious mind; I have been making simple but undecidable decisions with my unconscious mind by going into light trance. Not only that it has helped me to make decision but also to understand myself better by knowing what I really wanted or needed. Nowadays I do not have to spend time weighing between pros and cons, and end up with a long list without the conclusion or answer that I wanted. Most of the time the answer that you wanted is not about pros and cons anyway, it is about what is best for you, the real you. Reality Check

To say it in a nutshell "Clinical hypnosis does not meet your expectations it meets your needs" To expand let me say that all the connotations of hypnosis as we expect it(stage hypnosis) is not there but the pathway to self development and enhancement through reaching the subconscious to effect changes in morale, outlook and behaviour is definitely there! And I would like to walk that path for I know I can help myself and others along the way.
