Sheila Menon
BSc(Hons), D.Hyp(Dist), PG Dip ISCP, FBAMH, FBSCH, Principal, LCCH Training in Singapore
Sheila Menon is the Principal of the LCCH in Asia-Australia and has pioneered the introduction of clinical hypnosis to Singapore and Asia. She is a consultant clinical hypnotherapist at University Malaya working closely with the orthopedic department. Sheila is the International editor for the European Journal of Clinical Hypnosis and has been awarded a Fellowship to the British Association for Medical Hypnosis for outstanding contribution to this field.
Qualified as a behavioural psychologist Sheila worked for local authority (UK) and became a founder member for a charity for children at risk in 1982. She has been involved with clinical hypnosis for twenty years which includes lecturing first at Basford Hospital and then for the LCCH. She is founder of the LCCH Therapy Center in Asia - KL and Singapore and works closely with the Academy of Family Physicians Malaysia. Her own approach to hypnotherapy is solution focused and she has combined many different models to create a highly original and successful international approach to hypnosis and therapy. She is a founder member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis in Asia introducing safe effective clinical hypnosis to both Singapore and Malaysia. In her commitment to safe practice Sheila has established the first professional indemnity insurance policy for practitioners of clinical hypnosis in Asia. |

Peter Mabbutt

Director of Studies, LCCH
Peter originally trained in Psychopharmacology, he has spent over 20 years undertaking research in the field of anxiety-based conditions and their treatment. As well as being responsible for updating the LCCH course to incorporate new techniques and research, Peter teaches a Special Studies Module (SSM) in Clinical Hypnosis for the St. Bartholomews Hospital, Royal London Hospital, and Queen Mary, University of London Medical School. He is the Clinical Hypnotherapist for the Guys Hospital, St. Thomas Hospital Health Education and Lifestyle Therapy for Hypertension initiative. Peter is a founder Fellow of the British Association of Medical Hypnosis.

Dr Anna
MD, Ph.D, MDCH, FBAMH
Medical Director
Dr Anna is a Doctor of Medicine who has trained at the USSR Academy of Sciences, Moscow. She received her Degree of Professor of Neuropsychology in 1984 after working as a research assistant with Prof. A.R. Luria at his Department of Neuropsychology and Psychiatry, Moscow. She has been practising as a consultant hypnotherapist for over fifteen years and now lectures for the LCCH on the neurophysiological aspects of hypnosis.

| Dr.Gaya PDCH DCH MBSCH
Dr.Gayathri K.Kumarasuriar is the Head of Medical Hypnosis for the LCCH Asia working closely with Dr Siva and the Academy of Family Physicians to establish and maintain ethical guidelines for clinical hypnosis. She is also a senior lecturer for the LCCH Asia and is involved with the LCCH Penang centre
Dr Gayathri is a medical doctor working at a busy psychiatric department at a government hospital where she has successfully introduced clinical hypnosis. Her work has been recognised by the Mahadevan Traveling Fellowship and she was recently selected to study at Harvard University Medical School. She is entrusted to work with the LCCH making this knowledge increasingly accessible to colleagues within healthcare. Dr Gayathri is also a practicing clinical hypnotherapists with a special interest in the impact of stress on health, auto immune illness, mind body medicine and mental health.

| See Choon Wai PDCH DCH MBSCH
Choon Wai is a clinical hypnotherapist and clinical supervisor based at the LCCH Centre at Singapore. He is also a professional social worker and trained counsellor with over than 20 years of experience. He is an expert on childhood and disorders and the school related issues faced by adolescents. He has a busy practise working with patients with both medical and psychological conditions.

| Thanam Selvanandam B.A (Soc) PDCH DCH MBSCH
Ms Thanam Selvanandam is the Head of LCCH Therapy Center working with the Brtitish Society of Clinical Hypnosis and the Academy of Family Physicians so that clinical hypnosis is increasingly available in Asia and Malaysia. Thanam comes with extensive skills in counseling and social work and is largely instrumental for the Care of the Elderly community education programmes introduced by the Malaysian Healthy Again Society.
Thanam ls an international and senior lecturer for the LCCH and has a busy clinical practice in Kuala Lumpur. Her areas of specialty are women's emotional disturbance and distress. She also sees patients for a wide range of life-style and stress related illnesses. She also specializes in the problems faced by children and adolescents such as exam nerves, confidence, emotional conflict within the home and bullying.

| Gunathevi Sinnadurai PDCH DCH MBSCH
Thevi is the Head of the Academic Division for LCCH Asia. She is a senior lecturer for the LCCH and lectures internationally. At the LCCH Thevi combines a number of specialist approaches into a dynamic and interesting approach to clinical hypnosis. She has a busy practice and specializes in trauma, anxiety based disorders, emotional confidence, pain management and the many stress related conditions from smoking cessation to anger management.
Thevi have over ten years experience in the field of therapy and training. Her approach is multi-disciplinary and includes her expertise as a coach and NLP practitioner. She works with the LCCH team at introducing some of the most innovative and progressive applications to students in LCCH Asia.

| Tony Chuah PDip CH DCH MBSCH
Tony Chuah is the Center Manager for the LCCH in Singapore. Graduating from the pioneering from the batch of students in Asia, Tony is a conslutant clinical hypnotherapist in Johor Baru and a clinical supervisor and tutor for the Singapore students and students based in Johor Baru.
Tony has over 15 years of exploring and using hypnosis he now focuses his practice on stress management, goal setting and motivation including success at work and in studies. His areas ofg clinica speciality are working with anxiety, phobias and life-style illness including smoking cessation and weight management.
